The founders

Natalie and Phil Haigh

Seasoned technology operators who build systems with business value first. Enterprise rigour, practical delivery, and client-owned intellectual property.

Natalie Haigh

Natalie Haigh

Fractional CTO & business mentor

Natalie joined Procter & Gamble with a degree in Computer Science and Management as a graduate Systems Analyst and progressed through infrastructure, innovations, and systems leadership roles. She led the networking implementation for a Tesco distribution centre and ran SAP integration projects that saved P&G $1M per year in raw materials.

As Co-founder and Digital Delivery Manager at Mercury1, she sat between clients and development teams, writing requirements, managing sprints, and ensuring delivery matched business value. She knows how to keep complicated projects aligned, on track, and accountable.

Natalie's work is defined by one thing: the right decision made with the right level of detail, so the technology can be built fast and owned with confidence.

Why this matters

Too many technology engagements are either disconnected from the business or delivered without understanding the people who use it. We sit between those worlds, so the result is both usable and valuable.

Enterprise experience

We have built systems for large organisations and brought that same discipline to smaller businesses that need practical, working technology.

Client-owned IP

Every system we build is yours. Full code and IP remain with the client, so your technology is an asset rather than a liability.
